Jeremy C. Bowers is a Licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania & New Jersey with additional experience in Florida homes.  He spent his childhood in Punxsutawney, PA and now resides in Conshohocken, PA with his wife Tandra and their dog, Domino.

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Sales from the Pennsylvania Sate University in 1999.  Upon graduation, he began his sales career in the communication industry where he excelled in building business relationships through data, voice and internet consulting.  Yet during that time, he quickly learned that his true passion was for Real Estate.

Jeremy has been actively involved professionally and personally in Real Estate since 2003 with rapidly growing expertise of both Residential and Commercial properties. He worked at ERA Platinum Realtors through January 2008 and is currently licensed through Coldwell Banker Preferred. This change gives him the right structure and support he needs to grow his business for himself and his clients. Jeremy and his business partner Mike Sroka formed the Jeremy Bowers/Mike Sroka Team in 2004 which has allowed them to provide impeccable service to their clients.

Born and raised in Conshohocken, PA, Michael J. Sroka attended the local schools, participated in school and community sports and graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.  Mike later attended Temple University and received a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and Real Estate from the nationally-recognized Fox School of Business.  Mike has also been recognized for receiving the People First Certification in Human Resources.   A veteran of Conshohocken for more than three decades, Mike witnessed and is well versed of many milestones in a rapidly growing market of real estate.  He and his father have participated in their own personal property investments which have strengthened him in his growing knowledge of market and territory.

Mike holds his Associate Broker License and worked for ERA Platinum Realtors since 2000.  Along with Jeremy, Mike too is currently licensed through Coldwell Banker Preferred. He has also completed certifications of ERA Top Gun Academy Team with 5% of ERA top agents worldwide.  
Jeremy and Mike also obtain their Real Estate License in New Jersey under Soleil Sotheby’s International in Margate.
