When I first considered selling my home, Jeremy and Mike came to the home and provided me with a complete plan on how they would market the house and sell it as quickly as possible.  I was immediately impressed by their motivation, professionalism and promt response.  Although I ultimetely decided against selling the house, I knew that when I was ready, I would be calling them to list the property.
That call happened approximately one year later and the same professionalism that I was introduced to one year prior, was back.  I informed Mike of my circumstances of no longer living in the state and my desire to sell, without having the luxury of being local to oversee the sale and any problems that might arise.  Mike assurred me this would not be an issue and would oversee any problems.
Mike and Jeremy advised me what they would list the property for, but ultimately let me decide the price.  They both projected a quick sale and delivered.  I had an offer within ten days and sold the house with forty-five days.  Due to the age of the home (over 100 years old) several problems arose while waiting to close the property.  Since I was out of state, I thought this would be an issue.  However, due to Mike and Jeremy's many local contacts, all the necessary work was scheduled and completed.  Mike and Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure the house passed the inspections and ultimately sold.
I would recommend Mike and Jeremy to anyone who is looking for honest, thorough, professionals realtors and in fact have recommended their services to others.  They are far superior to the competition.
