Meet REALTOR and Client Care Coordinator, Lauren Nicholson. Lauren grew up in East Norriton, PA. She graduated from Archbishop Carroll High School and then went right to Shippensburg University and graduated in 2009 with a major in Communications/ Journalism and a minor in Business.

For a few years after college Lauren worked for a Financial Services company in King of Prussia where she quickly learned the traditional 9-5 life wasn’t for her.

She worked in the customer service/ restaurant business through high school and college and decided to get back into the restaurant business. She ended up bartending and managing in a few bars over 10+ years and really loved the social aspect of the job; getting to talk to people and get to know new people every day. Eventually though, the schedule caught up to her and she decided to get into real estate.

Licensed in January 2014, Lauren has helped dozens and dozens of clients realize and meet their real estate goals. She has worked for a few well regarded and top producing teams in the Greater Philadelphia area over the years as a sales agent. She has also worked as a sales agent and in the Transaction Coordinator role on one of those teams, gaining a ton of experience on the back end transaction management/ operations side of the business as well.

Lauren also owns an investment property in West Chester and is currently working on building up her investment/ rental portfolio.

She is a true crime addict! You can either find her reading about it, watching Dateline or 48 Hours or some other true crime show show, or listening to true crime podcasts

She loves cooking and baking

She has a dog named Lucy (a Beagle Pointer mix) with her partner, Lee

She is a bourbon drinker. Lauren loves a good Manhattan or something to sip over a big rock.

Lauren loves spin classes and just got a Myx Fitness bike (similar to a Peloton)
