I began my journey in search for a new home but, didn’t know where to start. I would have utilized my mother as a resource, as she is a home owner herself but, she had been 30 years removed from the last residential purchase she made. I found myself troubled with the matter at hand and was contemplating on what step I should take next. I began with the first step, amassing my finances. Secondly, determining a bank to finance with, for this loan would begin an extensive, tumultuous, relationship; therefore, I prefer indebting myself to an institution with some semblance of merit. Thirdly, finding that mediator, who can sift through the jargon, illuminate my dimly lit excursion and usher me onto the proper path, a path only befitting for myself. Lastly, setting my eyes upon that home, which placed me under an aura of euphoria and finally consecrating our union with a mere flick of the wrist, a pen, and paper.This would not have been possible without the third step, my mediator, Mark Diviny of Keller Williams and his associates. The process was challenging at times, even maddening. Nonetheless, Mark was always available to offer a helping hand if necessary. I explained to him very precisely what it is I yearned for and he undoubtedly delivered. His poise, his resilience, his work ethic and dedication are all attributes for which I cannot take for granted. For without his counsel, I do not know what would have come of my efforts to purchase a home. The caliber of this gentleman is something that you must bare witness to yourself.

Breanne (Bre) was referred to my girlfriend and I while we were in the process of looking for our next house. We had little background information on her, but within 1 or 2 meetups, we could see for ourselves that we lucked out and had the realtor we needed. THIS TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. After a trying experience with another realtor, switching to Matt was a game changer. By the time we started working with him, my husband and I were down to a very tight window for finding a new home before having to vacate the one we'd just sold. We'd already resigned ourselves to the likelihood of having to find something temporary, but Matt was confident that everything would work out. He made himself fully available to trek back and forth across town for showings, finding as much out about each property as possible before appointments so that we could cut to the chase on making an offer when the time came.
